MicroTech supported the Business Process Reengineering/Document and Quality Assurance (BPR/DQA) task area for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Professional Business Information Technology Support Services (PBITSS) contract as a subcontractor on Team CACI. Analyzed requirements and proposed solutions and documented requirements and other critical decision points.

 

Applied best practices using Micro Tech’s Quality Assurance and Style Guide to consolidate, review, and edit all deliverables. Adhered to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices for tracking and addressing problem management and enhancements. o            The Central Asian Islam Conference (October to December 2003), a regional discussion on the impact of Islam in the developing Central Asian theatre.
